Kellie Rohrig and Rosie Casey will lead a discussion on Ukraine and Russia. Rosie has worked in both Russia and Ukraine and will start with some history and context, including the relevance of UN principles, NATO mandate, the Budapest Memorandum, the annexation of Crimea, and developments leading to the current war. Kellie has been actively involved in supporting Ukrainians through Limbs for Liberty. She will offer current, first handfeedback from her Ukrainian partners, including the impact on lives, what the Ukrainians want American to understand about the conflict and the perspective of Ukrainians.
