Lisa Lewis
Chair

After retiring from a successful 25-year marketing career managing large teams at Fortune 500 technology companies, Lisa relocated to Edwards, Colorado, where she quickly became involved with the Eagle County Democrats, serving as Second Vice Chair for over three years.

Lisa has emerged as a key leader within the party—organizing a rally for reproductive rights after the fall of Roe, advocating for marginalized communities, chairing the annual fundraiser, and earning the 2024 Volunteer of the Year award for Congressional District 2.

Her dedication to women’s rights led her to join the board of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, as well as the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains Action Fund Strategic Advisory Forum, where she continues to champion reproductive freedom and lead fundraising efforts.

Lisa holds a degree in Communications from the University of Denver and is deeply committed to Democratic values including abortion rights, climate action, standing with our LGBTQ+ community, public education, and healthcare for all. She brings expertise in deep canvassing, marketing, leadership, and community engagement.

Roseann Casey
First Vice Chair

Rosie is a third-generation Denver native who moved to Eagle County in the late 80’s for “one season”. She jumped into life in the Vail Valley, working and volunteering for numerous organizations and community events, but eventually got back to her plan to work in international development when she left to serve as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Russia. After that, always keeping one toe in Colorado, Rosie’s work has taken her across the globe working in the U.S. Government, private sector, and non-profit organizations with a focus on economic growth, infrastructure development, environmental and climate-related issues, and humanitarian assistance.

Until DOGE, Rosie served as a foreign service officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) with posts in Afghanistan, Washington DC, and Nigeria, where her portfolio included power and energy sector development, and utility reform.

Over the years, Rosie has lived in pretty much every town along the I-70 corridor from East Vail to Eagle, but finally bought her home in Eagle in 2015, and has thoroughly enjoyed settling back in Colorado full-time. She currently manages a multi-year contract for the USAID Africa Bureau from her Eagle home office and keeps busy in her free time with all the fun of mountain life - skiing, hiking, yoga, summer concerts, etc., all fueled by lots of caffeine from Color Coffee. Rosie has served as an Eagle County election judge for many years, and as Secretary of the Eagle County Dems for the past few years.

She hold a master's degree in public administration from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, a master's degree in non-profit management from Regis University in Denver, and a bachelor's degree in business, communications, and political science from Regis University.

In addition, Andrea dedicated over 40 years to ski instruction, sharing her love for the mountains with countless students.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Mesa State University.

Driven by a deep commitment to equality, fairness, and inclusion, Andrea brings passion and leadership to everything she does.

Pam.jpg

Pam Gray
Secretary

Pam is a life-long Democrat. She grew up in a central Missouri farm family, and graduated from Mizzou with a degree in English. She has a J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law. Pam practiced litigation, real estate, and transactional law in Arizona during the real estate boom and the ensuing S&L crisis.

While raising her family, Pam set aside her legal career and turned to volunteer work in her church and community, eventually returning to a second career serving elementary and middle school students with special needs.

Pam has been active in Eagle County Dems since she moved to Colorado in 2020. She serves as a Precinct Organizer, helped set up Eagle County Democrats’  first Poll Watcher program in 2020, has served as an Election Judge, and has been instrumental in the popular voter-to-voter postcard initiative. As a part-time Arizona resident, she has worked hard canvassing and ballot curing there as well.

Despite being an introvert, Pam wants you to know that our party needs you. Even if you don’t know exactly how you fit in, trust that you have something valuable to contribute. Her goal for 2025 and beyond is to help grow a more engaged, informed, and active base of progressive and moderate voters and volunteers. She believes the biggest challenge for the Democratic party is to preserve our precious Democracy amidst the massive cultural shift surrounding us. Ten years ago, she would have said it was health care.
