Who We Are

The Eagle County Young Democrats (EYD) are a passionate group of young leaders working to shape the future of politics in our mountain communities. We’re students, workers, organizers, and neighbors who believe democracy works best when everyone has a voice.

As an official chapter of the Colorado Young Democrats, we work closely with the Eagle County Democrats to bring new energy and fresh ideas into local politics.

What We Stand For: We’re here to activate the next generation. Not just at the ballot box, but in everyday community life.

Our Goals
🔵 Voter Outreach – We register, educate, and mobilize young and unaffiliated voters across Eagle County to make sure our voices are heard.
🟣 Organizing and Leadership – We support and develop young organizers who want to step up and make real change.
🟢 Community Building – We host events like Educational Gatherings, volunteer days, Community Service, and local meetups to help young people feel connected and empowered in our community.
🟡 Justice and Inclusion – We advocate for policies that protect immigrant rights, LGBTQ+ equality, economic fairness, and more.

Why It Matters

Eagle County is at a turning point. Young people are already leading the way — and we’re here to make sure they have the tools, space, and support to do it. The future belongs to all of us, and we’re building it together.
