Lisa Lewis
Chair

After retiring from a successful 25-year marketing career managing large teams at Fortune 500 technology companies, Lisa relocated to Edwards, Colorado, where she quickly became involved with the Eagle County Democrats, serving as Second Vice Chair for over three years.

Lisa has emerged as a key leader within the party—organizing a rally for reproductive rights after the fall of Roe, advocating for marginalized communities, chairing the annual fundraiser, and earning the 2024 Volunteer of the Year award for Congressional District 2.

Her dedication to women’s rights led her to join the board of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, as well as the Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains Action Fund Strategic Advisory Forum, where she continues to champion reproductive freedom and lead fundraising efforts.

Lisa holds a degree in Communications from the University of Denver and is deeply committed to Democratic values including abortion rights, climate action, standing with our LGBTQ+ community, public education, and healthcare for all. She brings expertise in deep canvassing, marketing, leadership, and community engagement.

Donna Grauer
Treasurer

Donna Grauer has been a lifelong advocate for civil rights, political activism, and community engagement. She came of age in the 1960s, attending Little Rock Central High School, where she was an avid civil rights advocate, later protesting the Vietnam War and staying politically engaged through the Watergate era. Donna earned a BA in Political Science in 1969 and a Master’s in Public Administration in 2001.

Her career spans work with the Arkansas Legislature, the South Carolina Municipal League, and later as a CPA and financial controller in real estate development. After moving to Basalt in 1997, Donna reignited her activism, joining Indivisible and the Eagle County Democrats, where she now serves as Treasurer.

Beyond politics, she serves on the board of the Forest Conservancy, is a Master Naturalist, and leads Shakespeare seminars at the Aspen Institute.

Pam is a life-long Democrat. She grew up in a central Missouri farm family, and graduated from Mizzou with a degree in English. She has a J.D. from the Arizona State University College of Law. Pam practiced litigation, real estate, and transactional law in Arizona during the real estate boom and the ensuing S&L crisis.

While raising her family, Pam set aside her legal career and turned to volunteer work in her church and community, eventually returning to a second career serving elementary and middle school students with special needs.

Pam has been active in Eagle County Dems since she moved to Colorado in 2020. She serves as a Precinct Organizer, helped set up Eagle County Democrats’  first Poll Watcher program in 2020, has served as an Election Judge, and has been instrumental in the popular voter-to-voter postcard initiative. As a part-time Arizona resident, she has worked hard canvassing and ballot curing there as well.

Despite being an introvert, Pam wants you to know that our party needs you. Even if you don’t know exactly how you fit in, trust that you have something valuable to contribute. Her goal for 2025 and beyond is to help grow a more engaged, informed, and active base of progressive and moderate voters and volunteers. She believes the biggest challenge for the Democratic party is to preserve our precious Democracy amidst the massive cultural shift surrounding us. Ten years ago, she would have said it was health care.
